With a one-night only guest slot on the Rockstar Mayhem Fest main stage in Massachusetts, heavy metal band Avenged Sevenfold had the surprised, sold-out crowd in a frenzy!
While shooting 2 weeks straight of the Rockstar Mayhem Fest 2010, the band line-up & stages were pretty much the same each day. But when reading the July 27th line-up (and literally 10 minutes before they went on) I was stoked to see that the 2008 Taste Of Chaos headliners Avenged Sevenfold would be performing between Lamb Of God & Rob Zombie. It marked the day their new album “Nightmare” was released and from the get-go, M.Shadows, Zacky Vengeance, Synyster Gates, Johnny Christ, and interim drummer Mike Portnoy blew the doors off the Comcast Center with a high-energized, pyro-filled set!
